What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Any order that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing or physical damage, will be replaced at no cost or hassle to you. Please contact us on email@example.com before returning your order.
All requests to replace damaged canvases must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date that the item is received.
What if I just don’t love my canvas?
If the print you ordered isn’t perfect for your space or you are unhappy with the results, we would love the opportunity to work with you on a resolution.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Returns for EU orders
Our policy lasts 14 days after the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not eligible for a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not offer exchanges due to the high cost of shipping items this size.
