Thats why we strictly do not offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.

If your item arrives damaged or broken for some reasons, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
