We are an online store and our office is located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All USA orders are manufactured and shipped from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida.
Orders for rest of the world are shipped from the closest facility (Canada, UK, Europe or Australia) to the delivery address.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship our packages worldwide. Shipping times varies based on where you are located.
All orders outside of the USA are made in Canada, Europe, United Kingdom or Australia. Items will ship from the nearest facility. The thickness of the canvas for orders outside of the USA are 1.25 inch (3.1 cm).
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping to most countries is free. Shipping costs to other countries is based on your country. Your shipping cost is calculated at the end of checkout. Shipping times are dependent on where you are located.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
It takes 2–5 business days to process your order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times are approximate and is dependent on your location and your postal office. Once the packages reaches your country, your local postal office is responsible for delivering your package. If you have any issues with your shipment after your package reaches your country, please contact your local postal office for inquiries.
Shipping in US: approximately 2-6 business days
Shipping in CA, EU & AU: approximately 2-10 business days
All other countries worldwide: approximately 7-18 business days
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can! You will receive a tracking link to your e-mail once your order is shipped out.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order hasn't processed to printing and shipping yet, we can cancel or change your order.
WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES?
Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. As per our shipment policy, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Any order that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing or physical damage, will be replaced at no cost or hassle to you. Please contact us on email@example.com before returning your order. All requests to replace damaged canvases must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date that the item is received.
WHAT IF I JUST DON'T LOVE MY CANVAS?
If the print you ordered isn’t perfect for your space or you are unhappy with the results, we would love the opportunity to work with you on a resolution. We are reasonable humans, so we’re sure we can work something out!
WHAT IF I PROVIDED A WRONG ADDRESS?
Contact us as soon as possible. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
WHAT IF I DIDN'T CLAIM MY PACKAGE FROM THE POST OFFICE?
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
If your item arrives damaged or broken for some reasons, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
